There are many personality tests out there, but there is only one MBTI assessment.
Also referred to by many as the Myers-Briggs test, the Myers-Briggs personality test, the MBTI test, or even “that personality test”, the Myers-Briggs® assessment traces the patterns in your behaviour to one of 16 distinct personality types. It gives you a framework for understanding yourself and appreciating the differences in others.
Strengths, tendencies, perspective, decision-making style, communication style…
These are all components of your nature: who you are. And when you really know yourself, possibilities open—in your job, your relationships, your life. With MBTI insights you don’t just understand and appreciate yourself better; you understand and appreciate others better as well.
When you take the assessment and go through the detailed description of your personality type preferences, you’ll probably feel energized and challenged at the same time. You’ll certainly see yourself—your strengths and difficulties, how you think and feel and communicate, how you relate to others and they relate to you, how to move ahead with your life—in a new light.

A workshop will increase peoples’ understanding of themselves and their colleagues, helping to resolve conflict in the work environment and focusing the team on achieving its objectives more effectively.
The purpose of a Team-building Workshop is to increase communication and effectiveness within the team or group so that it achieves its objectives. The team will have a common language and a framework to discuss their collective strengths and how best to use them.

Barbara is a certified MBTI, DiSC and Belbin Trainer and has been facilitating team building events, corporate training and coaching programs in Singapore since 2010.
Before becoming a full time trainer and business owner she worked for 11 years in Private Banking and lived in Switzerland, New York, Taiwan and Singapore.
Barbara speaks fluently 4 languages and her international exposure naturally gave her the ability to relate easily to multicultural groups and individuals.
In 2012 Barbara co-founded Jambar with her partner James; together they fast grew an excellent team and won the award of Best Promising SME 500 in Singapore repetitively in 2014 and 2016.
Barbara has a long experience of public speaking, from markets & products presentations during her banking career, to facilitating hundreds of team building events and corporate training programs in the last 5 years at Jambar Team Building.
She’s well known for her uplifting and energetic personality, with an outstanding ability to engage and motivate teams and individuals.
